Conditions that may be associated with each numbered endpoint in the flowcharts (see Pathways to providers of care) are listed in the endpoint sections below, and are grouped broadly into those that are common, less common or rare in the general population. Note that this is a general categorisation based on the opinion of the Guidance Development Group and is intended only as a guide that might be helpful when considering diagnostic options.
